Realty Link Asset Management has been in the property business since 2009 buying and selling property on auction for the last 12 years and is a well-established name in the auctioneering business. Together we draw from a combined experience of over 26 years in the industry.

Realty Link was started by Koop Styger and Jonathan Mentz in 2020 seeing a gap in the market for world-class service and ethics in the Real Estate market sector as well as a need for owners with property portfolios to get transparent service from an established estate agency.

We specialize in the sales and rentals of residential and commercial property, we manage portfolios that represent the full spectrum of real estate in South Africa.

In the past year, we have taken on some big clients and assisted them in placing AAA-grade clients and providing hands-on management of their assets.

We have been able to get various properties sold by providing our clients with accurate and realistic market-related evaluations and matching them with our pool of vetted and pre-qualified Buyers.

We are proud to offer up-to-date information to our clients and are working in terms of a strict Code of Conduct as prescribed by the Estate Agencies Affairs Board as well as making provisions of the 32 various Acts to which estate agencies must adhere in South Africa.
